Hertog Makelaars has been one of our faithful clients for years now. We helped them build their brand and establish their name in the outskirts of Brussels. We’re always on the lookout for fresh new ways to highlight their human approach, expertise and local presence. So when Hertog asked for a new brochure, we suggested Hertog Magazine instead. The perfect canvas to showcase the people, partners, vision, knowledge and reliability of Hertog Makelaars in an inviting lifestyle magazine.
Human and convincing
In Hertog Magazine, we featured both the realtors and their happy clients. Articles about the region and the latest trends in the real estate world helped affirm Hertog Makelaars as a real estate expert and regional specialist: they can guide you to a nice lunch place, but also support your sale with drone images. With 45 pages, we had plenty of room for tips, advice, reviews and other convincing reading material for interested buyers, tenants and investors.
The magazine was printed in 5000 copies and distributed all over the northern edge of Brussels, reaching new customers and strengthening the image of Hertog Makelaars among existing ones. As the impact helped them grow further, they later decided to have the magazine printed in a second run, this time in two languages.
